Learning circles offer a vibrant and creative container to learn contemplative practices and explore them in community. The facilitator holds the space and offers practices and instructions. Learning circles value experiential and community learning.

Participants gain access to a comprehensive resource of practice materials on our member resources page on this website.

Do you feel out of sync with the pace of your life?Would you like to be more present to what and who is important to you? Do you want to explore what specifically is important to you at this particular moment in your life? In the “Alchemy of contemplative living” Felicitas and Craig will offer practices, reflective questions and tools how to infuse your life with contemplation. Some of the things you will learn:

  • The foundational aspects of mindfulness meditation and conscious movement.
  • How the tenets of the Tao Te Ching philosophy can guide and inspire you.
  • How to integrate your practice in your relationships and communication.
  • How to awaken your heart intelligence through gratitude.
  • How to articulate and craft an intention to live your life more purposefully.

All course participants get a password access to the members only resources for online practice instructions, media lists and mp3 recordings.This course is a useful introduction to the Contemplative Facilitator Training offered in 4 weekend training seminars starting in February.

Yin Stress Management Circle

  • Mindfulness tools that you can use in your work and home life.
  • Breathing exercises and Yoga postures for stress relief.
  • Deep listening skills and ways to communicate skillfully.
  • The tenets of the Yin and Yang philosophy and how to apply that them to your life.
  • How to make choices that are in alignment with your values.
  • Deep relaxation exercises and Yoga Nidra.

6 week course or three 2 hr workshops. All course participants get a password access to the members only resources for online practice instructions, media lists and mp3 recordings.

The highly sensitive person (about 20% of the population) has a nervous system that is wired differently and is more prone to overstimulation and burn out.

  • Learn tools to balance your needs and meet your obligations
