You represent that you are legally able to accept these terms. If you use Mala on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

Use of the service

You may use Mala only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws. You are responsible for activity associated with your account and device.

Account and security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and account credentials. You must notify us if you suspect unauthorized access or security incidents related to your account.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid features may be billed through Apple App Store or Google Play. Pricing, renewals, and cancellations are handled by your platform provider under their policies.

Trials and promotions

From time to time, we may offer trials or promotional pricing. Eligibility, duration, and terms of those offers are determined by us or your platform provider and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.

Acceptable conduct

You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with operations, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content at scale, or use Mala in a way that harms others or violates applicable law.

Intellectual property

Mala, including branding, software, and content, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or distribute the service without permission.

Feedback

If you send suggestions or feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that feedback to improve Mala without additional compensation to you.

Disclaimer

Mala is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Health and wellness notice

Mala provides wellness support and is not a medical service. It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any medical condition and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mala is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or if required for security, legal, or operational reasons. You may stop using the service at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable local law based on our operating jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer laws in your region require otherwise.
